Nathan Steenport, Ph.D., ACC
Dr. Nathan Steenport is an educator with over 19 years of experience, the majority in education leadership. As principal, Dr. Steenport served in both elementary and secondary schools with extremely diverse student backgrounds. He specializes in school improvement methods and structures such as Professional Learning Communities (PLC), Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS), and Campus Improvement Plans (CIP). He received his undergraduate degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas, his masters of education in Education Administration from Concordia University in Austin, Texas, and his Ph.D. in Education with a focus on School Improvement from Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas. He is an International Coaching Certification (ICF) certified coach who serves clients in education and the corporate world.

Dr. Steenport is an avid outdoorsman and endurance sports fanatic. He spends many of his summers in Colorado climbing 14,000 foot mountains with his family, is an accomplished ultramarathoner and Ironman (140.6). He is constantly researching how food and nutrition impacts everyday life, specifically how it leads to a longer and healthier life, supports positive relationships, and leads to a better quality of life. He is constantly learning and improving in all aspects of life.
