Partnering For Growth & Impact

At Steenport Leadership Coaching (SLC), we believe leadership growth is a partnership.  Our team of coaches and experienced facilitators works alongside school and district leaders to build clarity, strengthen culture, and implement systems that lead to lasting results.  Whether through one-on-one coaching, team facilitation, or system-wide consulting, we help you move from reflection to measurable improvement.

“We begin with presence and clarity, explore through awareness, and close with action and accountability.”

Leadership Coaching

Empowering leaders through intentional reflection and results-driven action

Our coaching partnerships are designed for principals, assistant principals, and district-level leaders ready to grow their influence and performance. Every session is grounded in the ICF Core Competencies and guided by SLC’s Will–Skill Lens — adapting support to each leader’s motivation and experience level.

Services include:

  • Individual executive coaching (virtual or onsite)

  • Leadership growth plan aligned to stakeholder feedback

  • Mid-year and end-of-year reflection cycles

  • Unlimited text/email support between sessions

Expected outcomes:

  • Greater clarity in decision-making and leadership priorities

  • Stronger confidence and presence

  • Increased focus on actions that drive measurable campus results

Coaching that builds confidence, strengthens clarity, and accelerates school impact.

Team & Culture

Building collective capacity through purposeful collaboration

High-performing teams don’t just meet—they grow together. SLC facilitators specialize in creating the conditions where trust, clarity, and accountability thrive.

We design and facilitate:

  • Guiding Coalition and Leadership Team development

  • PLC and RTI/MTSS structures and implementation

  • Vision, norms, and social contract creation

  • Strategic planning and staff retreat facilitation

Our approach emphasizes psychological safety, data-informed reflection, and shared ownership—the same principles that anchor our coaching work.

Systems & School Improvement Consulting

Turning vision into sustainable systems

SLC partners with districts and campuses to translate strategic goals into day-to-day structures that drive growth. From academic systems to behavior frameworks, we help leaders create coherence and sustainability across all levels of school improvement.

Our consulting expertise includes:

  • PBIS and behavior system design and implementation

  • RTI/MTSS framework development and progress monitoring

  • Data-driven school improvement planning and accountability tracking

  • Master schedule design, essential standards calendars, and discipline matrices

  • TEA Domain 1–3 analysis and improvement planning

Our Coaching Framework

Every SLC engagement follows a clear, intentional flow designed to maximize growth

1. Begin with Presence & Goal Clarity

We establish trust, define focus, and set shared success criteria.

2. Explore for Awareness

Through open-ended questions and reflection, we uncover meaning, patterns, and new perspectives.

3. Close with Learning, Action & Accountability

Each session ends with reflection, celebration, and clear next steps that the leader owns.

This framework aligns with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) competencies and is guided by our Will–Skill Lens, ensuring leaders receive the right balance of challenge, structure, and encouragement.

(ICF Reference: Demonstrates Ethical Practice, Embodies a Coaching Mindset, Cultivates Trust & Safety, Maintains Presence, Listens Actively, Evokes Awareness, Facilitates Client Growth.)
